Since the beginning of April 2019, Nhat Cuong Company will focus on the elimination and restriction of using nylon material in the packaging of products as well as persuading local customers and international manufacturers to accompany the project " Eliminate plastic waste, prevent white pollution".

Pioneering in this project is the participation of 3Keego Group (Taiwan) with the commitment to get rid of packing nylon material in finished goods as well as logistical process. **

** Besides that, Nhat Cuong's leadership also encouraged their staff to participate in saving and using energy reasonably, planting more trees, using public transport, reducing waste generation and limiting the use of plastic bags.*

** These actions are considered as Nhat Cuong company's effort in minimizing the harmful effects of plastic, contributing in the environmental protection and improving public health **

Scientists estimated that the volume of plastic waste to 2050 will be heavier than the fish. And Vietnam is ranked 17th out of 109 countries which have the highest levels of plastic pollution in the world.

** According to statistics of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, only two big cities, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, pollute average 80 tons of plastic and nylon bags each day. Everyday, Hanoi generates about 4,000 to 5,000 tons of garbage, of which nylon waste accounts for 7-8%.

** Notably, the amount of plastic bags increases each year. This is a "burden" for the environment which leads to a disaster that environmental experts call "white pollution".
